🐕 Payment is required upfront and in full. Payment must be in USD via PayPal.

🐕 Please provide a clear, digital reference sheet. NSFW reference sheets are OK! If you do not have a reference sheet on hand, or do not have a digital reference sheet, please supply as many traditional or digital photos as possible, and a digital color palette.

🐕 I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

🐕 Commissions are done in the styles, mediums, and subjects that I, the artist, specialize in. Commissions requesting a specific style that I do not do are subject to rejection and cancellation.

🐕 Major changes and reworks must be decided during the sketching phase. Each non-"Surprise Me" style commission comes with 2 free major alterations.

🐕 Additional major changes (Moved limb, changed clothing, different hair, etc.) after the sketching phase will incur an additional fee depending on the complexity of the alteration.

🐕 Turnaround time for simple, non-rendered artwork is 1-6 weeks once a commission has been started. This does not apply to commissions waiting in the queue.

🐕 Large renders and scenes have a turnaround time of 8-12 weeks.

🐕 WIP shots are provided at each stage of a commission for approval: concept, sketching, linework, coloring, shading, and during background creation. This does not apply to "Surprise Me" or "No-Show" style commissions.

🐕 If the commissioner does not respond to communications within 31 days, their commission is considered void. It will no longer be completed and is not eligible for a refund. This does not include strenuous circumstances (e.g. hospitalization, loss in family, loss of account access, etc.)

🐕 All produced art is for noncommercial use only. Stickers, prints, and other physical goods may be produced by the commssioner for personal use only.

🐕 The commissioner has the right to alter or modify the artwork. Images can be edited, tweaked, recolored, reposted, or used as icons or banners.

🐕 Credit is appreciated, but not required.

🐕 Commissioned artwork may not be used to train any AI/neural network models.

🐕 I, the artist, retain rights to the original artwork. I may use the artwork as advertisement, as art examples, and may post it to my personal social media. Private commissions may be requested.
