All prices are in USD. Payment accepted only via PayPal. Payment must be upfront. Larger pieces costing $200+ USD are eligible for payment plans.

Provide a clear, SFW, digital reference sheet - Otherwise, provide multiple digital pieces at several angles alongside a clean color palette. If reference sheets are NSFW, please crop or FULLY censor before sending.

I reserve the right to refuse service

I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time - The commissioner will always receive a full refund, no matter the stage of completion.

Refunds will be calculated depending on the completion of the piece - A piece that has not been started will recieve a full refund. Partial refunds are available for after sketching and lining. Once coloring has begun, the commissioner is no longer eligible for a refund.

Major changes must be decided during the sketch phase - Changed poses, moved limbs, different hair styles, etc... must be decided during the sketching phase. If the commissioner wishes for a change, it can be discussed for a fee.

WIP shots will be provided at each stage of a commission for approval - or at the commissioner's request!

If the commissioner does not respond within 31 days - their commission is considered void. It will no longer be completed, nor will the commissioner be eligible for a refund.

Cancelled commissions may be repurposed as YCHes or personal art - this does not apply to commissions cancelled by the artist.

Turnaround time is around 1-6 weeks - This time frame does not apply to commissions in the queue that have yet to be started.

I, the artist, retain rights to the original artwork. The commissioner is welcome to use the artwork wherever they wish and for personal use, but credit must be given.

All produced art is for noncommercial use only. Stickers, prints, and other physical goods may be produced for personal use only. Usage of my artwork for monetary gain will put you on a blacklist. Price change can be discussed to buy complete rights to the artwork if it is for commercial use.

I am permitted to use the artwork on my social media and as commission examples. Private commissions are available, and you may ask about it if you wish for the produced artwork to be private.

The commissioner has the right to tweak the artwork. If you wish to change colors, add extra details, add extra character, etc. to the piece, you are more than welcome to. My watermark must remain intact and visible.
